Trionic offers mobility walkers with comprehensive warranty and after-sales support, ensuring peace of mind for your purchase.
Warranty
Trionic provides a 10-year guarantee on all original parts of their Veloped and Walker models, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults. However, it excludes parts subject to normal wear and tear, such as tires, brakes, and grips.
Returns & Refunds
Trionic offers a 14-day return policy for Veloped and Walker models delivered within the EU and the UK. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days after delivery without providing a reason. For returns in the same condition as delivered, Trionic covers the return shipping costs. However, for smaller orders of accessories and spare parts, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
