What is the difference between a provision in kind and a PGB? (Netherlands)
With a provision in kind (voorziening in natura), the municipality itself arranges and supplies an aid through a contracted supplier. You then have less freedom of choice and usually receive a standard model.
With a personal budget (PGB), you receive a budget with which you buy an aid yourself from a supplier of your choice, such as Trionic. If you choose a premium model such as the Veloped or Walker, you pay the difference. Which option is possible in your situation is something you discuss with your Wmo consultant.
