How can I change my order or get a copy of my invoice?

Order changes, invoice copies and payment confirmations are handled by our staff. Email support@trionic.com with your order number and tell us what you need – for example a different colour, size or accessory, or a copy of your invoice or receipt. We will make the change where possible and email you an updated order confirmation.

If you ordered as a guest (without logging in), the order is not linked to a customer account and will not appear in your account – but we can still find it with your order number or email address.

To order online yourself: add the products to your cart, click the cart icon at the top right and go to checkout.
