Can I try a Veloped or Walker before I buy?

Yes. You can visit a Trionic stockist near you, or book a test walk with a Trionic ambassador through our map. If there is no one near you, you can order a Veloped or Walker, try it at home, and return it within 14 days if it isn't right for you.

Visit a stockist near you

Several shops and mobility retailers stock the Veloped and Walker, and you can visit them to see and try the models in person. Open our map of trial locations, click "Use my location" and look for retailers near you. We recommend calling the shop before you go, to check that they have the model and size you want to try.

Book a test walk with an ambassador

  1. Open our map of trial locations.
  2. Click "Use my location", or search for your town.
  3. Click a marker near you to see who it is and which models they have.
  4. Send a booking request from the marker. Your request goes to the ambassador or partner, who gets back to you to agree a time and place.

Ambassadors are Trionic customers who volunteer to show their own Veloped or Walker to people thinking of buying one. To protect their privacy we don't give out their contact details directly, so please book through the map. You'll also find physiotherapists and service centres on the same map.

No one near you? Try it at home

Order online and try the Veloped or Walker outdoors on a short walk. If it isn't right for you, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. We're happy to help you choose the right model and size first, by chat, phone or email.

You can also try both models at our warehouse in Uppsala, Sweden, by appointment.

Getting the most out of a test walk

  • Know your height, as it decides the frame size.
  • Try it on the kind of ground you usually walk on, such as gravel, grass or kerbs.
  • Practise folding it and lifting it into a car if you'll be transporting it.
