How to replace the brake lever on a Trionic rollator?
To replace the brake lever:
- Loosen the rear screw of the handle and pull the handle off the handle tube.
- Loosen the brake lever bolt (one turn) and pull it off the grip tube.
- Remove the rear wheel.
- The brake lever body, have screw and nuts which all have to be in line. If you put the gauge on a leash, you can pull the brake cable out to unhook it from the brake lever (keep the brake housing straight).
- To mount the new brake lever, as above but in reverse.
