At the AAL Forum 2013 held in Louis De Geer Concert & Congress in Norrköping, Trionic was awarded first prize in this year's AAL Award. It wins for its Vinnova-funded project iWalkActive, which is carried out in collaboration with Hochschule Luzern - iHomeLab, AIT Austrian Institute of Technology, Care Guide, geo7, ITH icoserve, Kanton Zug, Trikon Solutions and SPF - Swedish Pensioners' Association. The aim of the project is to improve the mobility of people with disabilities through modern navigation technology and the world's only off-road walker.

"We are delighted and proud to receive this award. It means a lot to us to receive recognition for a job that will benefit our users as well as other people with disabilities ", says Stefan Kindberg, Trionic's founder and innovator on-site in Norrköping to receive the award.
