You can order your desired products online, over the phone or by sending an e-mail:

  • Shop online in our web shop. Choose your desired products under the main category "SHOP & PRICES", then go to the "CART" in order to proceed and complete your purchase.

3. How much is the shipping?

The shipping of a Veloped/Walker is free of charge and includes the home delivery at your door. The shipping cost for smaller orders is indicated when you check out from the shopping cart.

4. How can I pay?

You can choose between the following payment options:

  • Card payment – Visa / Mastercard
  • PayPal
  • Manual payment / Bank transfer

5. How is my Veloped / Walker shipped?

Your Veloped/Walker is shipped through the service of UPS.

The free shipping of your Veloped/Walker includes the home delivery at your door. When the Veloped/Walker has been shipped you'll receive a shipping notice from UPS, so that you can track the shipment.

The shipment usually takes 3-5 work days, all depending on your delivery address.

6. What happens if I'm not satisfied with the Veloped or Walker?

Trionic Sverige AB and (Lightwave Trading Australia Pty Ltd) handle returns and process refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. All refunds are made at the discretion of Trionic Sverige AB and (Lightwave Trading Australia Pty Ltd).

At our discretion, you may be able to return the Walker or Veloped to our office in Melbourne Australia.

The cost of the return shipment of a Veloped or Walker will be borne by the customer. Return costs within Australia vary greatly and daily. You are advised to contact Trionic Australia for advice on how to obtain a fair and reasonable freight cost.

Return deliveries of Velopeds or Walkers are usually collected at your door by the freight company courier.

You are also guaranteed a 14-day return policy to our Melbourne address for smaller orders of accessories, spare parts, etc., but you are then responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
